Description

  • Engage with customers by Zoom and email as a technical consultant during the post-sales journey.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to support GitLab use case implementation across source code management, continuous integration, continuous delivery, DevSecOps, and Agile Planning.
  • Deliver customer-specific enablement through webinars, hands-on labs, office hours, and on-demand engagements in a pooled support model.
  • Provide technical and architectural guidance that helps customers adopt GitLab capabilities and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Align with Account Executives and Renewals Managers to support customer business objectives with technical subject matter expertise.
  • Develop and deliver workshops, demos, and reusable enablement content with cross-functional partners.
  • Build and maintain specialty competency in aligned technologies through training, certification, and working examples.
  • Contribute to customer-facing learning resources, including documentation, YouTube content, and digital enablement programs.
  • Continuously improve content and delivery based on customer engagement feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting one or more GitLab use cases, such as source code management, continuous integration, continuous delivery, DevSecOps, or Agile Planning.
  • Proficiency with DevSecOps tools or closely related technical tooling.
  • Technical background in software development or systems engineering.
  • Comfort discussing architecture, workflows, and implementation tradeoffs.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical and organizational topics clearly in writing and live settings.
  • Experience acting as a trusted technical advisor in a post-sales environment.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills for handling multiple customer engagements in a pooled model.
  • Continuous learning mindset with experience gained through training, certification, documentation, or reusable examples.
  • Transferable experience from related roles and backgrounds is welcome.
  • All roles are remote, with some roles potentially having location-based eligibility requirements.
