Description

  • Work with city-based sales executives on campaign intake, scheduling, client communication, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Manage all post-sale campaign elements, including kick-off calls, production, launch, and reporting.
  • Maintain the ad planner and coordinate with staff responsible for ad creative.
  • Manage post-sale ad tools and platforms such as Megaphone, Sanity, and Instagram, including troubleshooting issues.
  • Ensure advertising deadlines are met for both advertisers and city teams.
  • Communicate campaign expectations and requirements to city teams in a clear and timely manner.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and upsells.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with strong organization, project management, and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional workplace setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to learn new processes and technologies quickly.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Airtable.
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Experience working at high volume and managing multiple campaigns at once.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Initiative to take on responsibilities and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising and podcasting is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a nimble, casual, but intense startup environment.

Benefits

  • Full-time remote position.
  • Salary range of $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience.
  • Sales commission in addition to base salary.
