Description

  • Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and recruiting leadership to execute hiring plans for each requisition.
  • Maintain accurate hiring process information in the applicant tracking system and GitLab repositories.
  • Schedule candidates and coordinate interviews to keep hiring processes running smoothly.
  • Provide timely, thoughtful, and engaging communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor candidate pipelines and flag issues or bottlenecks to the recruiting team.
  • Create and stage employment contracts for candidates receiving offers.
  • Partner with People Operations to support a seamless offer-to-onboarding handoff.
  • Promote GitLab's values, culture, and all-remote approach in every candidate interaction.
  • Help refine, standardize, and improve coordination workflows and hiring process consistency.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting end-to-end hiring processes with recruiters and hiring managers, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system to schedule, track, and move candidates through interview stages; Greenhouse experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools, with willingness to learn additional tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with candidates and stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
  • Excellent organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships across time zones and functions while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Interest in talent acquisition and in contributing to an inclusive hiring process.
  • Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment with flexibility in working hours to support multiple time zones.
  • Transferable experience from related coordination or operations roles is welcome.
  • This is a contract opportunity.
