Description

  • Own the end-to-end NDA process, including drafting, negotiation, and execution.
  • Design and maintain a centralized legal intake process for all incoming requests.
  • Triage legal requests, route them appropriately, and set turnaround expectations.
  • Enforce company-wide use of the legal intake workflow.
  • Manage the full signature pipeline from document queueing to completion.
  • Maintain and organize the contract repository for easy tracking and reporting.
  • Partner with attorneys and business teams to keep legal operations organized and responsive.
  • Take on larger and more complex legal projects as the role expands.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal operations role.
  • Experience independently managing NDAs from drafting through execution.
  • Experience building, running, or significantly improving a legal intake or triage process.
  • Working knowledge of e-signature tools, contract repositories, and CLM tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Comfort enforcing process consistently while adapting to shifting priorities and workflows.
  • Paralegal certificate (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in a legal operations or paralegal role (preferred).
  • Experience standing up legal intake or operations processes from scratch (preferred).
  • Experience supporting legal teams at a high-growth or fast-paced company (preferred).
  • Experience preparing legal notes or executive briefs (preferred).
