Description

  • Engage with warm leads from the marketing team and qualify their needs and interest in the agency's services.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations that communicate the value of the agency's marketing solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and handle client concerns or objections to close deals successfully.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the agency's services, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to share feedback on lead quality and improve the sales process.
  • Track sales metrics and maintain accurate CRM records to monitor progress and report performance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably as a closer in a marketing or advertising environment.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
