  • Research and identify grant funding opportunities aligned with client objectives.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare grant proposals and supporting documentation.
  • Conduct lead generation and business development research.
  • Track grant opportunities, deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements.
  • Provide executive and administrative support to the client.
  • Maintain organized records, databases, and documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in grant research and grant writing.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Experience supporting nonprofit organizations is an advantage.
  • Experience with executive support or administrative assistance is preferred.
