Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Case Manager, or Administrative Support Specialist for a U.S.-based company.
  • Prior experience supporting Veteran-focused services such as healthcare, benefits, or advocacy is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project/task management apps.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with sensitive data.
  • Ability to work U.S. time zones and maintain consistent communication.
