Description

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Quality and Training and serve as a point of contact for vendor teams.
  • Systematically analyze QA data to identify trends, root causes of performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Own quality improvement solutions end to end.
  • Partner with other Program Managers to identify critical areas that need training intervention.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Work with Technical Writers, Subject Matter Experts, and Instructional Designers to design and develop comprehensive training programs.
  • Drive cross-functional planning, clarity, and proactive risk management for program execution.
  • Support real-world deployment of the Waymo Driver across platforms and geographies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
  • 4+ years of overall work experience in a scaled operations environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality and/or Training functions.
  • Proven collaboration and communication skills with globally distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to derive insights and tell a story with data.
  • Technical documentation and training experience preferred.
  • Experience in Mapping/GIS, ride-sharing, or supply chain domains preferred.
  • SQL or other data analytics skills preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of ₹1,800,000 to ₹2,140,000 INR.
