Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Elite, Unified Elite, Strategic, and National partners.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive brand preference and long-term profitable growth.
  • Provide ongoing business planning, forecasting, and strategy development in the CRM.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on Genetec’s full product portfolio, including solutions, use cases, and differentiators.
  • Conduct business reviews to assess partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coach partners on SC SaaS positioning, value propositions, competitive differentiation, and objection handling.
  • Track and drive SC SaaS engagement, pipeline development, and closed deals.
  • Support partner onboarding, training, certification, deal registration, and marketing tool utilization through the Genetec Partner Portal.
  • Collaborate with inside sales, sales engineers, product marketing, bid support, and professional services to resolve issues and drive opportunities.
  • Attend industry conferences and partner sites while staying aware of the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, security technology sales, SaaS sales, or partner enablement.
  • Proven ability to drive product adoption and enablement across a diverse partner network.
  • Strong knowledge of security solutions, SaaS models, and channel partner ecosystems.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience tracking adoption metrics and sales performance using CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with ownership of partner success across the full portfolio.
  • Ability to follow a structured sales framework while adapting strategies to partner needs.
  • Strong collaboration skills across multiple internal teams.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching others is preferred.
