Description

  • Engage and support existing channel partners and recruit new partners in the Netherlands to accelerate sales and generate new demand.
  • Develop and execute partner business plans, define performance objectives, and conduct regular partner account reviews.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing leadership to determine operational needs and prioritize activities to meet regional objectives.
  • Measure program success, identify improvement opportunities, and implement actions to achieve targets.
  • Translate and convey product management and offering transformation updates into the channel partner community in a standardized way across EMEA.
  • Work with field sales teams to identify regional partner trends, needs, and enablement opportunities.
  • Act as channel partner spokesperson and represent Genetec at regional events, webinars, round tables, and one-on-one engagements when required.
  • Maintain regular communication and alignment with the Benelux team to support regional strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the security industry with Video Management Systems and Access Control and/or background in the IT industry with cloud propositions.
  • Proven technology sales track record and experience managing accounts up to Director level.
  • Strong account management, partnership development, and project management skills.
  • Understanding of the full project lifecycle from end-user through consultancy, design, integrator delivery, support and customer experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills and experience delivering client demonstrations.
  • Business-level English; valid passport and driver’s license.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Strong communication, time-management and multitasking skills; ability to work independently and within a team.
  • IP technology and networking expertise (asset) and prior SaaS experience (asset).
  • Additional European language skills (preferred).
