Description

  • Develop and expand the assigned sales territory for company security products.
  • Discover, track, qualify opportunities and distribute leads to channel partners.
  • Visit customers, partners, and consultants on-site to sell solutions and build relationships.
  • Manage sales forecasts and consistently work to achieve or exceed quota.
  • Identify customer needs, respond to RFIs/RFQs, prepare quotes, and write proposals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between customers, marketing/technical resources, and sales representatives.
  • Manage and support technical pre-sales processes with the sales team.
  • Monitor and report customer, integrator, and consultant satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate and deliver training for customers, integrators, and consultants; update and maintain CRM and related data.
  • Maintain and report product, market, and competitive knowledge; stay current via liaison with marketing and technical services.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Technical knowledge or domain expertise in Access Control, Video, Video Analytics, or Cloud Architecture.
  • Experience managing technical pre-sales processes alongside a sales team.
  • Proven networking skills (mandatory) and ability to build business relationships.
  • Enthusiastic, self-starter with a demonstrated desire to grow professionally and a charismatic personality.
  • Preferred: prior experience with Genetec Security Center.
  • Preferred: experience designing enterprise access control and video solutions.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud storage solutions.
  • Preferred: advanced knowledge of networking technology and architecture; certifications in Microsoft, Security Engineering, Cybersecurity, Networking, or Project Management are a plus.
