Description

  • Utilize data to forecast, manage, and optimize sales activities to meet revenue targets and company goals.
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase revenue and acquire new customers.
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans that support sales objectives.
  • Train partners on Genea’s software product portfolio and services.
  • Evaluate sales performance and adjust approaches to grow revenue.
  • Manage a weekly travel schedule across the territory to meet with technology partners, VARs, and current and prospective customers.
  • Track opportunities and leads in accordance with company processes.
  • Work with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
  • Address partner issues, sales conflicts, and pricing issues in a timely manner.
  • Deliver customer presentations, attend sales meetings, and represent the company at partner conferences.
  • Support partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and other promotional efforts.
  • Learn to deliver expert-quality end-user demos of Genea access control and visitor management solutions.
  • Work with Operations and Customer Experience teams to support successful onboarding for new clients.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience with a SaaS company.
  • Experience in technical sales.
  • Expertise in access control and video surveillance solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and exceed sales goals through identifying, qualifying, and closing new business.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth in a technology-centric organization.
  • Experience with CRM tools, including Salesforce.
  • Aptitude for presentation writing and delivery.
  • Must live within the assigned region.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Experience in channel management and partner development (preferred).
