Description

  • Execute field marketing programs across North America, including owned events, third-party sponsorships, roundtables, and in-market activations.
  • Own end-to-end event and campaign logistics, including venue coordination, supplier management, attendee communications, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Partner with Sales teams to align field marketing plans with territory priorities, pipeline needs, and commercial goals.
  • Build knowledge of target markets and buyer audiences to inform campaign planning and identify relevant industry events and engagement opportunities.
  • Manage the field marketing activity calendar, coordinate timelines, resolve dependencies, and balance competing priorities.
  • Support the development of sales collateral and marketing assets in collaboration with creative and product marketing teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of initiatives.
  • Track delivery against budget, timelines, and quality standards for field marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field marketing, event coordination, or marketing operations, ideally within a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute marketing programs independently and proactively manage logistics and delivery tasks.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how marketing activities support pipeline generation, lead qualification, and sales performance.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and external partners.
  • Strong communication skills for managing stakeholder interactions, coordinating with vendors, and briefing creative and marketing teams.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of execution.
  • Growing knowledge of target markets, buyer personas, and industry trends, with the ability to contribute insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
