Description

  • Identify and engage prospective clients to introduce GBG’s identity verification and fraud prevention solutions.
  • Sell additional products and services to a portfolio of named existing customers.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiations and closing.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align offerings with client needs and market trends.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and maintain strong knowledge of GBG’s solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Pre-Sales and Professional Services, as needed to support deals.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a SaaS environment, ideally within Fraud, Identity Verification, or related technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of new business development and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise-level customers.
  • Ability to build and grow a sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to quickly learn GBG’s identity and fraud prevention solutions and translate product knowledge into client value.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Product and Marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce to track and manage sales activities and pipelines.
