Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day technical contact for a portfolio of established customers.
  • Partner with the Senior Solutions Engineer and Account Director to manage customer implementations and ongoing success.
  • Own phased implementations and ensure adoption metrics and Time to First Value targets are met.
  • Handle configuration requests, workflow updates, user permissions, and data updates.
  • Translate customer business processes into efficient Gatekeeper workflows.
  • Provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems quickly.
  • Build strong customer relationships to understand goals, usage requirements, and areas for optimisation.
  • Monitor customer health and usage, identify risks or expansion opportunities, and escalate relevant insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Document customer configurations and key interactions clearly and consistently.
  • Support renewals by preparing materials for strategic business reviews and demonstrating long-term value.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Support, IT, Junior Implementation, or a similar position supporting SaaS implementations.
  • Experience achieving implementation milestones, including driving Time to First Value and delivering success criteria.
  • Strong analytical thinking and comfort with software configuration management, data mapping, and data migration.
  • Genuine interest in AI advancements and a commitment to learning how to use AI tools in your work.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
  • Highly organised with experience supporting technical projects, tracking time, reporting progress, and identifying risks.
  • Clear and professional verbal, video, and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and documenting business processes.
  • Eager to build a career in customer value and learn from a senior team member in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Vendor Management or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms is a nice to have.
