Description

  • Partner with the Senior Solutions Engineer and Account Director to manage a portfolio of established customers as the main technical contact.
  • Own the customer journey from implementation through long-term success, ensuring phased implementation milestones are achieved.
  • Handle day-to-day technical actions such as configuration requests, workflow updates, user permissions, and data updates.
  • Translate customer business processes into efficient Gatekeeper workflows and configuration.
  • Provide first-line technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems quickly.
  • Build strong customer relationships to understand business processes, strategic goals, and usage requirements.
  • Advocate for customer needs by raising feedback and suggesting product functionality enhancements.
  • Monitor customer health and usage, identify optimization opportunities, and flag engagement or usage risks.
  • Track success metrics such as Time to First Value and document customer configurations and interactions.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, support renewal preparation, and help demonstrate long-term platform value.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Support, IT, Junior Implementation, or similar, supporting SaaS implementations.
  • Experience achieving implementation milestones, including driving Time to First Value and delivering success criteria.
  • Comfort with configuration management, data mapping, and data migration support.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a natural ability to solve problems and excellent attention to detail.
  • Organized experience supporting technical projects, tracking time, reporting progress, and identifying risks.
  • Clear and professional verbal, written, and video communication skills for customer-facing interactions and process documentation.
  • Genuine interest in helping customers succeed and learning SaaS customer success models.
  • Interest in learning and leveraging AI tools and staying current on AI advancements.
  • Eagerness to build a career in customer value and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Vendor Management or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms is a plus.
