Description

  • Own a portfolio of high-value existing accounts and serve as the primary customer contact.
  • Drive renewals, reduce logo churn, and maintain strong long-term stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase net revenue retention.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services to support onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement.
  • Develop, collaborate on, and execute account plans aligned to customer goals and company growth objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions.
  • Build expertise in Gatekeeper’s products and the Vendor & Contract Lifecycle Management domain.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor account health, usage, growth opportunities, and renewal/expansion forecasts.
  • Relay customer feedback to product and development teams to inform product improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing account management, sales, or customer success role within mid-market or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience focused on retention, expansion, and account growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in enterprise organizations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify revenue growth opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Comfort using data and insights to inform account growth and retention strategies.
  • Ability to create and execute strategic account plans.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of customer needs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high ownership and autonomy.
  • Based in Ontario for a fully remote role.
  • Willingness to undertake some national and international travel.
