Description

  • Design, develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for production use.
  • Optimize and improve algorithm performance and model accuracy.
  • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing and feature engineering to ensure high data quality.
  • Design and run experiments and evaluation workflows to measure and validate model performance using appropriate metrics.
  • Conduct technical research, track latest ML/AI trends and propose new algorithmic solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical implementations.
  • Own end-to-end model lifecycle tasks from data handling through deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, or C++.
  • Familiarity with mainstream machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
  • Experience with recommendation system projects and the ability to independently deliver from data processing to model deployment.
  • Experience in NLP, computer vision, or graph algorithms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Flink is preferred.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and strong learning ability.
  • Proactive mindset, strong logic and problem-solving skills, and willingness to tackle unknown challenges.
