Description

  • Design, train, evaluate, and optimize algorithm models for core business use cases.
  • Integrate algorithm capabilities with engineering systems to support stable production deployment and ongoing iteration.
  • Participate in data feature engineering, model evaluation frameworks, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve production issues related to performance, stability, and maintainability.
  • Track cutting-edge algorithm technologies and apply them to improve model performance and business value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in algorithm-related roles.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning.
  • Familiarity with common models and training workflows.
  • Hands-on experience delivering algorithms in business settings.
  • Understanding of algorithm engineering processes and model deployment/iteration.
  • Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership of business outcomes and continuously optimize results.
