Description

  • Lead the team responsible for implementing new eligibility and claims data integration feeds.
  • Oversee data analysis and error reporting to validate feed performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Support collaboration with external feed providers to gather technical requirements, map files, test integrations, and resolve client issues.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external partners, including carriers, TPAs, and benefits administrators.
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Lead continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and processes for feed implementation efforts.
  • Manage the team overseeing the data infrastructure that supports client success and product performance.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience with healthcare data, including eligibility and claims file formats such as EDI 834, 837, and custom flat files.
  • Experience with data integration protocols such as SFTP, encryption standards, and file transformation/mapping.
  • A track record of leading efforts, including both project leadership and people leadership.
  • Strong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally with external partners.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to get hands-on with complex work.
  • Passion for transforming healthcare and improving outcomes for members and clients.
  • Desire to work on a high-performing, mission-driven team with intense urgency, individual accountability, and authentic feedback.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to Garner’s NYC headquarters.
  • Must not require employer sponsorship for an employment visa, as sponsorship is not available.

  • Base salary range of $85,000 - $115,000.
