Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR, IT, and Finance-related inquiries from professionals and customers.
  • Handle day-to-day queries and provide resolutions across in-scope support verticals.
  • Manage customer relationships and respond to concerns in a timely manner.
  • Triage tickets by assessing and prioritizing urgency.
  • Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records using Zendesk and GPP.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and professionals by email, phone, and other channels to explain and resolve issues.
  • Support Platinum and Gold customer accounts.
  • Work with an omnichannel support approach to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Global Shared Services.
  • At least six months of experience in one or more of the following: HR shared services (Hire to Retire model), IT Level 1 support, Finance shared services, payroll, billing, invoices, or benefits support.
  • Any two combination of the listed shared services areas is preferred.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English.
  • Strong knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho and GPP.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond to a diverse customer base.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in an international team across different locations and cultures.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to meet expected SLAs and KPIs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with MS Office.
  • Proven work experience in a similar shared services position is preferred.
  • Background checks are required, including possible criminal record checks.
  • Shift availability for Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 pm IST to 7:00 am IST.
