Description

  • Deliver vehicles directly to customers using Carvana’s custom car haulers.
  • Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car hauler and vehicles for safe operation.
  • Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes to the customer tracking system.
  • Maintain safe driving practices and a clean driving record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • Support customers with a professional, customer-facing experience during deliveries and other interactions.
  • Participate in local community-facing activities as part of the customer advocacy role.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • Availability to work seven days a week with rotating weekday and weekend days off.
  • Ability to work shifts between 7am-5pm, 9am-7pm, or 11am-9pm.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • Must be able to obtain a Notary in the local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment, with Carvana sponsoring the process.
  • Must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements for access to DMV/title and registration systems.
  • Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur’s license or other state specialty license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks of employment.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading in indoor and outdoor conditions and inclement weather.
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours and perform physical movements such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
