Description

  • Manage multiple concurrent programs of varying size and complexity while maintaining objective oversight.
  • Ensure programs align to the company’s Program Playbook and deliver intended technical and business outcomes.
  • Establish an execution cadence and operating rituals to drive decisions, remove blockers, and clarify ownership.
  • Create and maintain reporting that communicates delivery health, milestone progress, and forward-looking risk to leadership.
  • Integrate AI and agentic tools into program management workflows, including RAID log automation and executive status summaries.
  • Adapt program management approaches to the pace and uncertainty of AI-driven development and experimentation.
  • Maintain a centralized work surface in tools such as Jira and Confluence to track status, critical paths, and dependencies.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery roadblocks quickly in a complex environment.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS product development, program management, and release management.
  • Direct experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and AI/agentic workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
  • Proven ability to build trust quickly, mobilize teams, and set direction in highly ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to deliver difficult messages diplomatically, resolve conflict, and adapt quickly to change.
  • Experience with industry-standard project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite.
  • Deep proficiency in the AI landscape, including LLMs, generative AI, and agentic frameworks (preferred).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization (preferred).
  • Strategic mindset with interest in both business outcomes and deep technology (preferred).

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $176,000 to $221,000 plus variable compensation.
  • Eligible for commission structure for sales roles.
