Description

  • Conduct compensation benchmarking analysis for international staff across multiple global regions.
  • Compare internal compensation data against industry standards and local market benchmarks.
  • Evaluate total rewards packages to support internal equity and competitiveness.
  • Organize, maintain, and document compensation data for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing benchmarking findings and recommendations for leadership.
  • Collaborate with regional HR representatives to validate market data and review local labor laws and economic trends.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR data collection and analysis processes.
  • Support the People & Culture team on projects that improve HR operations and internal communication.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently earned a degree in International Finance, Accounting, International Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Human Development, Sociology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in total rewards, compensation, payroll, benefits administration, or a relevant role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Demonstrates empathy, humility, authenticity, and respect in the workplace.
  • Willingness to ask questions and seek feedback.
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and languages.
  • Excellent verbal, intercultural, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, agile, adaptable, and strongly aligned with iDE's mission.
