Description

  • Build a deep understanding of customers, their pain points, and their goals.
  • Develop differentiated value propositions and customer-centric messaging.
  • Act as the voice of the customer across marketing efforts.
  • Use market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Translate market, customer, and competitive insights into go-to-market strategies.
  • Create resources and enablement materials that support sales and differentiation.
  • Plan and execute product launches with alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Design and lead launch campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of new features.
  • Monitor launch performance and use feedback to refine future strategies.
  • Develop marketing collateral such as sales guides, product blogs, videos, and white papers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
  • Proven track record in product launches, messaging, and driving feature adoption.
  • Ability to turn market, customer, and competitive data into actionable GTM strategies.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to simplify complex features into value propositions.
  • Experience planning product campaigns that drive market excitement and measurable product usage.
  • Proficiency using analytics and benchmarking to measure campaign success and adjust strategy.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and strategies for improving efficiency.
  • Ability to align Product, Sales, and Marketing teams toward a shared vision.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including comfort presenting virtually to large audiences.
  • Experience with Klue, Gong, Highspot, and Salesforce is a plus.

Benefits

  • Annual gross base salary range of $119,200 to $149,000 plus variable compensation.
  • Sales roles are eligible for commission in addition to base salary.
  • Non-sales roles are eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
