Description

  • Lead homeowner research and contribute to customer segmentation to inform marketing and product decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team to turn product research into segment messaging and tone of voice across channels.
  • Build and execute go-to-market plans for launches, enhancements, and experiments in partnership with Product and Growth.
  • Partner with content, SEO/AEO, social, and reviews teams to advance Point’s narrative, organic visibility, and homeowner trust.
  • Define and track KPIs for message clarity, awareness, trust, and content performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Design, CX, Sales, and Leadership to align positioning and messaging.
  • Own complex product marketing problems end to end in a high-growth environment.
  • Contribute to frameworks, structure, and repeatable processes for ambiguous initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a high-consideration or regulated category.
  • Experience with fintech is a plus.
  • Deep experience with customer research and segmentation.
  • Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into positioning and messaging.
  • Proven track record of leading GTM efforts, launches, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Exceptionally strong writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • High ownership, strong judgment, and a bias toward action.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous or high-growth environments.
  • Systems thinking mindset with experience creating frameworks and repeatable processes.
  • Must reside in one of Point’s states of operation in the U.S.

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $107,000 to $190,000 depending on location.
