Description

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for packaged, white-label, AI-native, and custom integrations.
  • Lead product delivery from discovery and prioritization through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive partner activation, adoption, partner-led growth, and revenue with Partnerships, Revenue, and Marketing teams.
  • Manage senior product relationships with HRIS, payroll, platform, reseller, and embedded partners.
  • Translate recurring partner needs into reusable APIs, workflows, configuration models, and scalable platform capabilities.
  • Connect integration investments to adoption, activation, expansion, retention, implementation velocity, and time-to-value.
  • Define enterprise integration and iPaaS strategies, including API capabilities and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Coordinate partner requirements across EOR, Contractor, Platform, and shared product capabilities.
  • Establish scalable operating models for reseller, white-label, embedded, and integration-led distribution.
  • Represent G-P with executive partners, enterprise customers, and industry forums through presentations and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, enterprise integration strategy, or partner product leadership within high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven success leading strategic integrations, platform adoption, and multi-channel partner growth.
  • Experience building products for reseller, white-label, embedded, marketplace, platform, or ecosystem distribution models.
  • Hands-on experience delivering packaged, white-label, and custom enterprise integration solutions.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS, complex B2B integrations, APIs, iPaaS platforms, and scalable data architectures.
  • Ability to drive measurable adoption and commercial outcomes through partner ecosystems.
  • Strong HR technology expertise spanning HCM, HRIS, payroll, global employment, contractor management, and workforce software.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams and external technical stakeholders on integration capabilities.
  • Experience with AI-driven product features, API monetization, platform business models, or partner-led growth is preferred.
  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Annual base salary of $210,000–$263,000 plus variable compensation.
