Description

  • Review application logs, system metrics, and operational data to identify patterns, errors, and potential issues.
  • Work with engineering teams to triage incoming bugs and support tickets and share initial findings.
  • Assist with bug fixing and the initial development of new product features.
  • Serve as a communication link between Quality Assurance, Operations, and Engineering teams.
  • Maintain clear documentation of issues, findings, and resolutions in the knowledge base.
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of key issues using log and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Natural curiosity and a strong problem-solving mindset with interest in root-cause analysis.
  • Ability to work independently to find solutions to complex problems.
  • Flexibility and responsiveness to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Some familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
  • Basic understanding of software systems.
  • Disciplined approach to creating automated tests for your own code.
  • Experience with observability tools such as Splunk or Datadog is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
