Description

  • Set the venture strategy, including ICP definition, pricing, and product positioning.
  • Lead customer development with compliance and revenue cycle leaders and convert pilots into paid engagements.
  • Build the go-to-market motion for the company.
  • Partner with the FutureSight product and engineering team to ship the first version of the product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight's network and traction.
  • Recruit, lead, and retain the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation and operating cadence.
  • Own the overall execution of the venture as the CEO partner to the studio.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Deep operational exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management.
  • Intuitive understanding of the operational differences between clinical/coding denials and administrative roadblocks.
  • Familiarity with fragmented smaller EHR/PM systems and the workflows billers use to work around them.
