Description

  • Own problems end-to-end by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, shipping them, and measuring the impact.
  • Build agentic AI systems that can reason, act, and iterate autonomously across workflows.
  • Deploy end-to-end autonomous pipelines that handle triggers, reasoning, actions, and handoffs without human intervention.
  • Scope, prioritize, execute, and iterate with strong ownership and minimal supervision.
  • Cross-pollinate successful AI solutions across CloudWalk so they can be reused by other teams.
  • Adapt the role to your background and contribute AI-driven improvements within an existing team or a new role.
  • Operate as an AI-native contributor who treats AI as a core part of daily execution.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience shipping real projects with LLMs.
  • Strong understanding of prompts, system prompts, chains, agents, and effective RAG approaches.
  • Ability to wire AI tools into automations, APIs, and structured workflows to create repeatable work.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity without a predefined playbook.
  • Relentless learning mindset and willingness to test new AI tools and releases quickly.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Open to candidates from any professional background, including People Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Risk, Design, or other fields.
