Description

  • Set the venture strategy, including ICP definition, pricing model, product positioning, and execution path.
  • Lead customer development with operations-heavy commerce, retail, or supply chain organizations.
  • Convert pilots into paid engagements and build the go-to-market motion.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Own product priorities around intake intelligence, policy enforcement, dynamic routing, and financial closure.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight's network and early traction.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead the founding team.
  • Establish the company’s cultural foundation and operating norms.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency, including the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct exposure to operations-heavy commerce, supply chain, or logistics environments.
  • Hands-on experience in returns, warranty, fulfillment, or other post-sale workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI agents and/or LLMs.
  • Experience in consumer returns–led (B2C commerce) or warranty and credit–led (B2B supply chains) models is relevant.
  • Preferred ability to operate as CEO in a true co-creation model with a venture studio partner.
