Description

  • Develop and close new business across a high-volume book of mid-market accounts.
  • Sell digital media solutions including branded content, premium video, and programmatic offerings.
  • Manage a large pipeline of simultaneous opportunities while maintaining accurate forecasts and activity levels.
  • Build a repeatable sales process from prospecting and pitch through negotiation and close.
  • Lead insight-driven pitches that connect Future's audience data and content capabilities to client goals.
  • Identify and pursue the highest-value opportunities in the territory, balancing new logo acquisition with account growth and retention.
  • Find creative ways to open new doors and surface incremental revenue at scale.
  • Collaborate with research, marketing, and client success teams.
  • Report on key performance metrics and maintain full visibility across the book of business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of media sales experience with a history of exceeding individual quota.
  • Experience selling digital, mobile, video, and print ad solutions with cross-channel fluency.
  • Category experience in music, entertainment, finance, or lifestyle industries.
  • Experience with digital media and understanding of video monetization, audience data, and solutions-based selling.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex campaigns simultaneously.
  • An owner mindset with an instinct for identifying revenue opportunities.
  • Ability to balance multiple sales opportunities and manage multiple high-value deals without losing momentum.
  • Remote, U.S.-based role; candidate must be located in one of the 37 approved states.
  • Preferred experience working in fast-paced, high-volume media sales environments.
