Description

  • Develop tailored sourcing strategies to attract top talent from data center operators, renewable energy developers, and the power/grid sector.
  • Screen and assess candidates for technical capability and cultural fit.
  • Run high-velocity hiring processes and manage pipeline activity.
  • Facilitate post-interview debriefs and support decision-making.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates in competitive US infrastructure and energy markets.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical needs, hiring priorities, and timelines.
  • Contribute to scaling the company’s US footprint by hiring across grid interconnection, data center project development, land acquisition, and high-voltage/substation engineering.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical or energy infrastructure roles in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Proven track record hiring for Grid Interconnection, Data Center/Renewable Project Development, Land Acquisition, or High-Voltage/Substation Engineering roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and close candidates with niche, highly competitive engineering and infrastructure skill sets in the US market.
  • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organization, including technical leads and executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to pitch high-growth startup opportunities to experienced infrastructure professionals.
  • Experience with modern ATS tools, pipeline reporting, and data-driven recruiting practices.
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced high-growth or startup environments (preferred).
