Description

Recruit candidates for the Business Team, including sales, account management, business development, and consultant engineer management roles.
Support corporate recruitment needs as required.
Identify and formalize hiring needs with Executive VPs across Business Units.
Develop and implement a multi-channel sourcing strategy.
Write and post job advertisements on job boards.
Review applications and qualify candidate profiles.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate growth and development potential.
Provide daily support to Hiring Managers and oversee recruitment processes as a business partner.
Manage candidates and recruitment activities in ALTEN’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Participate in cross-functional recruitment projects and group interview sessions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required.
Master’s degree from a business school, engineering school, or university with a specialization in human resources or sales is highly preferred.
At least 4 years of experience as an in-house recruiter, recruitment agency consultant, or in a sales role.
Proficiency in sourcing tools and openness to innovating new candidate attraction approaches.
Strong service mindset and assertiveness for working with senior internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Ability to be coachable and adaptable in a changing environment.
Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening is required as a condition of hire.
