Description

  • Provide expert implementation support across a range of web platforms, including standard websites, Wix, and WordPress.
  • Diagnose, reproduce, and escalate technical bugs with clear, structured reports for the development team.
  • Deliver responsive, empathetic, and technically precise support to users.
  • Participate in product meetings and share customer feedback to help shape features and improvements.
  • Build and maintain the public help desk, FAQs, and internal knowledge base.
  • Serve as the internal go-to resource for product-related questions from other teams.
  • Investigate root causes of technical issues and help clients reach effective solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams in a distributed, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

  • Location: Turkey.
  • Fluent in Russian and English.
  • Select one preferred EST shift: 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm.
  • 2 years of experience in technical support, product support, or a client-facing implementation role.
  • Strong understanding of how the web works, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on web development experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage tasks effectively and work proactively with attention to detail.
  • High degree of ownership, reliability, and accountability.
  • Curiosity and a hypothesis-driven mindset are a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences is a plus.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, data-rich environments is a plus.
