Description

  • Provide implementation support for clients using the product across standard websites and platforms like Wix and WordPress.
  • Diagnose, reproduce, and escalate bugs by investigating root causes and preparing structured reports for the development team.
  • Respond to user requests with empathy and technical precision to resolve issues and guide clients to effective solutions.
  • Participate in product meetings and share customer feedback to influence new features and product improvements.
  • Maintain and contribute to the public help desk, FAQs, and internal knowledge base.
  • Serve as the go-to product resource for questions from other internal teams.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in technical support, product support, or a client-facing implementation role.
  • Flawless written and spoken English is essential.
  • Fluent in Russian.
  • Understanding of how the web works, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on web development experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious, investigative mindset.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively.
  • High degree of ownership, reliability, and accountability.
  • Willingness to work a selected EST shift: 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm.
  • Location in Poland.
