Description

  • Provide expert implementation support to clients across web platforms including Wix and WordPress.
  • Diagnose, reproduce, and escalate technical bugs by investigating root causes and preparing structured reports for engineering.
  • Respond to user requests with empathy, technical precision, and clear guidance toward effective solutions.
  • Participate in product discussions and share customer feedback to influence features and improvements.
  • Maintain and contribute to public help desk articles, FAQs, and internal knowledge base content.
  • Serve as the primary product resource for internal teams with product-related questions.
  • Act as a client advocate and voice of the customer within the company.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support, product support, or client-facing implementation roles.
  • Understanding of how the web works, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on web development experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a curious, investigative mindset.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively.
  • High degree of ownership, reliability, and accountability.
  • Fluent in Russian is required.
  • Preferred shift is either 9am–6pm EST or 10am–7pm EST.
  • Curiosity and a hypothesis-driven mindset are a plus.
