Description

  • Provide expert implementation support for clients using the platform across websites and site builders such as Wix and WordPress.
  • Diagnose, reproduce, and escalate technical bugs with clear, structured reports for the development team.
  • Respond to user requests with empathy and technical precision while identifying root issues and appropriate solutions.
  • Participate in product meetings and share customer feedback to influence new features and product improvements.
  • Maintain and contribute to the public help desk, FAQs, and internal knowledge base.
  • Serve as the go-to product resource for questions from other internal teams.
  • Act as a client advocate and technical point of contact for complex support issues.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
  • 2 years of experience in technical support, product support, or a client-facing implementation role.
  • Understanding of how the web works, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on web development experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks effectively.
  • High degree of ownership, reliability, and accountability.
  • Fluent in Russian is required.
  • Ability to work the EST shift of 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm.
  • Curiosity and a hypothesis-driven mindset are a bonus.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences is a plus.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, data-rich environments is preferred.
