Description

  • Serve as the primary entry point for new Product Ops initiatives and decide what to prioritize, resource, or route elsewhere.
  • Lead cross-team process changes by designing the framework, aligning stakeholders, and driving adoption.
  • Own Product department processes that require central coordination, including quarterly planning, goal decomposition, and metrics alignment.
  • Build and maintain shared frameworks and artifacts such as prioritization logic, metrics models, and decision templates.
  • Identify and escalate systemic process issues that require cross-team or leadership-level decisions.
  • Drive AI automation of product workflows by identifying opportunities, building or overseeing solutions, and measuring results against baselines.
  • Manage Product Ops focus and workload to keep the team focused on high-impact work instead of reactive noise.
  • Own operational processes end-to-end from design through adoption.
  • Collaborate across Product, Design, and Analytics to improve clarity, consistency, and execution.
  • Measure process adoption and satisfaction to assess the effectiveness of shared workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience building or significantly improving operational processes in a product or tech environment.
  • Experience aligning and influencing stakeholders across functions without direct reporting authority.
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven way, including setting baselines and measuring adoption and satisfaction.
  • Bias toward scalable solutions that work across the team rather than one-off fixes.
  • Strong ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just tasks.
  • Experience using AI tools to automate workflows or processes, with judgment about where automation creates real leverage.
  • Fluent English at C1+ level.
  • Ability to work in a mixed-language environment where the product team works in Russian and English meetings/documentation are used daily.
  • Product fluency, including understanding discovery, prioritization, planning cycles, and roadmap trade-offs, is a plus.
  • Background in product operations or program management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks, quarterly planning, or company-wide goal alignment is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a fast-scaling environment without a defined playbook for everything is a plus.
