Description

  • Own the Core Markets product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap across priority nonprofit verticals.
  • Lead and grow a team of 2–5 Product Managers, including hiring, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Develop deep expertise in core market segments, buying behaviors, procurement patterns, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct executive discovery through interviews, site visits, and industry events to inform product decisions.
  • Translate customer and market insights into clear priorities, business cases, and differentiated product bets.
  • Own strategic enterprise deals by presenting the product vision, addressing objections, and supporting rollout plans.
  • Set and track OKRs tied to revenue and adoption, including ARR growth, win rate, NRR, and key capability adoption.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to execute cross-functionally.
  • Establish operating rituals such as discovery cadences, metrics reviews, launch playbooks, and quarterly strategy reviews.
  • Communicate trade-offs and decisions clearly to keep stakeholders aligned and maintain product integrity.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management.
  • 3+ years of experience leading Product Managers or managing managers.
  • Enterprise B2B experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, e-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience with pre-sales, RFPs, and complex stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to move from insight to business case to delivery and measurable impact.
  • Strong metrics fluency across ARR, NRR, win rate, conversion, adoption, and time-to-value.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent English at C1/C2 level with the ability to communicate confidently with executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with regular travel to customers, conferences, and the U.S.
  • Preferred: experience in nonprofit, giving, or payments, including compliance, risk, or donor experience.
  • Preferred: experience building vertical toolkits or solutions that scale across enterprise accounts.
  • Remote role with core hours of 9:00–18:00 CET.
  • Native Russian is listed as a language requirement.
