Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end learner experience for 10+ cohorts and 200+ learners.
  • Act as the main point of escalation for course and technical content issues from instructors, teaching assistants, and learners.
  • Manage and support the cohort instructional team, including instructors and teaching assistants.
  • Coordinate team communication, meetings, scheduling, and expectation setting across cohorts.
  • Track and report on learner and instructional metrics such as NPS, retention, CSAT, and instructor hours.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from students and instructional staff to improve the learning experience.
  • Communicate with learners about progress, milestones, expectations, and concern areas.
  • Handle learner escalations, queries, withdrawals, and transfers, including 1:1 support and live-session assistance.
  • Coach and motivate learners to improve engagement, satisfaction, and graduation outcomes.
  • Partner with enrollment and curriculum teams to clarify onboarding expectations and surface improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a tech or education field.
  • 1+ years of experience in education, teaching, instructional coaching, academic operations, or learning and development.
  • Experience working in a growth environment with a dynamic set of responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating virtually with internal teams and leadership.
  • Track record of delivering strong customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong interpersonal presence.
  • Experience managing others is a plus.
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in a technical role such as web development, data analytics, AI/ML, or cybersecurity.
  • Preferred: Experience using learning management systems.
  • Ability to flex hours and work an evening second shift, with a current schedule expectation of 1pm–10pm EST or 11am–7pm PST.

Benefits

  • On-target earnings of $50,000 to $55,000 per year, plus benefits.
  • Full-time remote work arrangement.
