Description

  • Deliver instructor-led Product Management workshops for online learner cohorts.
  • Create, update, and maintain workshop presentations, learning materials, practical exercises, templates, and case studies.
  • Lead interactive workshops, group discussions, Q&A sessions, and hands-on activities.
  • Teach core Product Management topics such as product sense, customer discovery, strategy, prioritization, PRDs, AI fundamentals, metrics, and interview preparation.
  • Guide learners through real-world product scenarios using practical industry examples.
  • Provide individualized feedback, coaching, and mentorship on assignments, workshop activities, and product thinking.
  • Support learners in product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and stakeholder communication.
  • Track learner participation and progress, identify learners needing additional support, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal curriculum and instructional teams to enhance workshop content and learner outcomes.
  • Maintain a professional, inclusive, and engaging learning environment in live virtual sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within product-based technology companies.
  • Experience working at MAANG companies, leading global technology organizations, or top product startups is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise across the Product Management lifecycle.
  • Prior experience teaching, coaching, mentoring, or facilitating workshops for professionals.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, product discovery, customer research, prioritization frameworks, PRDs, metrics and analytics, stakeholder management, and AI-powered product development fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience conducting live virtual training using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work 8–12 hours per week, with flexibility for evening and weekend availability preferred.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment.

Benefits

  • Anticipated compensation of $80 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Part-time schedule with approximately 8–12 hours per week.
