Description

  • Lead full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS across multiple distribution centers.
  • Design and configure WMS processes for Receiving, Putaway, Cross Dock, Pick, Pack, and Ship workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into system design.
  • Analyze supply chain and warehouse processes to identify improvement and optimization opportunities.
  • Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, business rules, and system design artifacts.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics for assigned workstreams.
  • Support testing strategy, including SIT/UAT planning, execution readiness, and validation of functional changes.
  • Provide recommendations to stakeholders on WMS strategy, execution, and future enhancements.
  • Lead workshops and design sessions with business, operations, engineering, and technical stakeholders.
  • Support go-live readiness and deployment activities to ensure a smooth transition to production.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of consulting experience in Supply Chain for Retail or Consumer Goods industries.
  • Minimum of 2 full-cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS configuration and design.
  • Experience with Manhattan Proactive Extension development.
  • Strong working knowledge of standard warehouse processes, including receiving, putaway, cross dock, pick/pack, and shipping.
  • Familiarity with JSON and Postman for API testing and integration.
  • Experience with Configuration Director and managing multi-configuration environments.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project execution.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, including executive-level engagement.
  • Preferred experience with system integration technologies and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS.
  • Preferred experience integrating WMS with ERP systems.
  • Preferred knowledge of distribution center transportation and logistics.
  • Preferred experience with Manhattan SCI reporting and analytics tools.
