Description

  • Work closely with commercial, marketing, product, and other teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
  • Meet key performance indicators for monetization, revenue growth, and retention.
  • Proactively engage with and educate partners on the value of the Fresha platform.
  • Analyze reports and execute plans to upsell and increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Build strong partner relationships through face-to-face and video meetings.
  • Administer a consistent contact strategy across the portfolio to keep partners engaged and reduce churn.
  • Manage a large portfolio of accounts and drive commercial growth across them.
  • Support the team as needed in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of solid account management experience with a track record of revenue growth.
  • 2-3 years managing the full sales cycle, from onboarding to long-term revenue generation.
  • 2-3 years of experience selling into SMBs and closing sales for incremental revenue.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and driving commercial growth from a large account portfolio.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and another language, such as Spanish, Thai, or Mandarin, is a bonus.
  • Experience selling multiple products at a time is a bonus.
  • Experience with a CRM system; HubSpot experience is preferred.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Willingness to be a team player and support others when needed.
