Description

  • Drive candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines across diverse candidate sources.
  • Screen applications and resumes while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews and evaluations.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and hiring activities across multiple roles.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to meet hiring goals and timelines.
  • Track candidate progress and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Share recruitment updates and insights with stakeholders.
  • Develop search strategies to attract qualified talent.
  • Manage assigned requisitions from intake through offer stages and support recruitment projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, HR, or a related field.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical, process-oriented, and highly detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Experience in a startup or in-house recruitment environment preferred.
  • Experience supporting remote teams preferred.
  • Availability for full-time work during the US shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, and completion of a practical skills assessment before interviews.
