Description

  • Build financial models, scenario analyses, and decision-support materials for the CEO.
  • Own ad hoc analyses spanning commercial, operational, and strategic questions.
  • Track CEO-directed actions across the organisation and drive them to completion.
  • Prepare briefings, board materials, and external communications.
  • Oversee delivery across product, engineering, and operations workstreams.
  • Maintain visibility on critical path items, dependencies, milestone health, and risk escalation.
  • Run the operating cadence through weekly reviews, milestone tracking, and decision logs.
  • Translate CEO priorities into actionable workstreams across operations, finance, marketing, legal, and compliance.
  • Resolve interdepartmental friction and surface issues with proposed solutions.
  • Build executive KPI dashboards and produce performance reviews, market analyses, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in top-tier management consulting (MBB or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
  • Investment banking, corporate strategy, or prior chief of staff experience will also be considered.
  • MBA preferred from a top-tier programme.
  • Russian-speaking required and English fluency essential.
  • Advanced financial modelling and Excel proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-velocity environments.
  • Track record of managing complex cross-functional programmes from concept to delivery.
  • Exposure to fintech, crypto, or regulated financial services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with VARA, MiCA, or comparable regulatory frameworks is preferred.
  • Prior involvement in fundraising processes, due diligence, or M&A is preferred.
