Description

  • Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to qualify opportunities and shape technical strategy.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand business processes, user needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate business objectives into Salesforce solution approaches with Industry SMEs and technical teams.
  • Analyze processes, identify improvements, and explain business and technical tradeoffs.
  • Design scalable solutions using Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration patterns.
  • Develop client-specific demonstrations, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and executive presentations.
  • Lead technical contributions to proposals, RFPs, RFIs, Statements of Work, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with Delivery leaders and Solution Architects to ensure solutions are practical and implementable.
  • Create reusable demonstrations, reference architectures, solution assets, and presales collateral.
  • Maintain Salesforce certifications and expand expertise in AI and emerging platform technologies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, enterprise consulting, solution architecture, or a comparable customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated success supporting enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives and complex consulting pursuits.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and integration patterns.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into practical solution designs.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and executive engagement skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Industry SMEs, Alliances, Delivery, and executive teams.
  • Salesforce certifications are required or strongly preferred; AI and Data Cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Consultative, business-process-oriented approach with sound judgment and ability to avoid unnecessary complexity.
  • Ability to work remotely with potential periodic client travel; Northeast U.S. candidates preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without visa sponsorship and reside in an eligible listed state or Washington, DC.

Benefits

  • Estimated base salary of $155,000–$175,000 USD.
  • Variable incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs may be available.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
  • Remote work arrangement with potential periodic client travel.
