Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
  • Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components using JavaScript and Apex.
  • Configure Salesforce automation and data structures using Flows, validation rules, record types, custom objects, and page layouts.
  • Contribute to both declarative and programmatic development efforts.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems through APIs and web services.
  • Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and platform stability.
  • Implement and maintain the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, roles, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Support data migration and data updates using tools such as Data Loader and Workbench.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in client-facing solution discussions.
  • Support code promotion and deployments using Gearset, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Maintain time tracking and project documentation as required.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with flexibility based on skill level.
  • Strong experience with Apex, including classes, triggers, batch processing, and asynchronous development.
  • Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, architecture, governor limits, and best practices.
  • Experience with the Salesforce security model, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with comfort in client-facing conversations.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Salesforce certifications such as SCA and Platform Developer I/II are highly desired.
  • Exposure to MuleSoft or other integration platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Experience Cloud sites, portals, and CMS is preferred.
  • Exposure to other Salesforce Clouds is preferred.
  • Experience with GenAI or AI-driven tools within the Salesforce ecosystem is preferred.
  • Prior experience with large-scale migrations or multi-brand implementations is preferred.
  • Must reside in one of the listed eligible U.S. states or Washington, DC.
