Description

  • Own and execute regional go-to-market and territory strategy for the law enforcement sector, focusing on Miami and assigned areas.
  • Identify, prospect, and cultivate new sales opportunities to acquire net-new logos and exceed individual sales quotas (>$1M ARR expected).
  • Present and demonstrate the ForceMetrics platform to agencies, articulating product value across stakeholders from frontline officers to executives.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, pipeline management, negotiations, contract closure, and customer onboarding.
  • Use MEDDPICC methodology to qualify, track, and advance opportunities through a robust sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with ForceMetrics leadership and cross-functional teams (deployment, marketing, legal, operations) to ensure seamless customer experience and deal execution.
  • Represent ForceMetrics at industry events and conferences and build lasting relationships with departments, city leaders, and government officials.
  • Develop and streamline internal sales processes and creative strategies with leadership and advisors to create multiple routes to revenue and tailored customer solutions.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship, current U.S. residence, ability to pass an FBI background check, and willingness to take a drug test.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment, including winning net-new logos and producing >$1M+ ARR/year.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS, with experience in data integration, analytics, or business intelligence.
  • History as a top performer (e.g., top 10% stack rankings) with strong negotiation and contract-closing experience.
  • Experience selling into the public sector (B2G) and comfort engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM and managing accurate forecasting and company reporting.
  • Ability to travel to client sites for demos, onboarding, and relationship building.
  • Grit, persistence, adaptability, integrity, strong communication/presentation/listening/organization skills, and passion for impactful work.
  • Comfort working in a lean, fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred: existing relationships within law enforcement in the territory and prior early-stage tech startup experience.
