Description

  • Own and develop the assigned law enforcement territory with a focus on driving new business growth.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from prospecting and lead generation through customer acquisition.
  • Set and execute go-to-market strategy with ForceMetrics leadership across deployment, marketing, legal, and operations.
  • Present, demo, and position the ForceMetrics platform to law enforcement and public sector stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and expand market presence.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with departments, city leaders, and government officials as the primary point of contact.
  • Accurately manage forecasting, pipeline reporting, and business operations visibility.
  • Use MEDDPICC methodology to manage the sales process and close complex deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, advisors, and law enforcement veterans to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Support onboarding and customer handoff processes after deal closure.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship, current U.S. residency, willingness to pass an FBI background check, and willingness to take a drug test.
  • 5+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS, with experience in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment above $1M+ ARR per year.
  • Demonstrated success winning net-new logos in complex sales environments.
  • History as a top performer, consistently ranking in the top 10% of stack rankings.
  • Experience in the public sector B2G vertical.
  • Strong executive-level verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, organization, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close legal agreements and support new customers through onboarding.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM.
  • Early-stage tech startup experience is strongly preferred.
  • Existing relationships within law enforcement in the assigned territory are strongly preferred.
